Hosting fees are due in advance of the service dates, and will be billed quarterly. A valid credit card on file is required for hosting services. Hosting payments not received by the due date, at InfoStream’s discretion, may be subject to disconnection. A reconnection fee of $100 will apply. Disconnect does not relieve the customer of responsibility to remit payment.
