As a general guideline, post regularly when you have content worth sharing. It is better to be a more infrequent blogger with higher quality content than one who pushes out mediocre information several times each week.
Keeping a blog up-to-date doesn’t have to fall on one person alone. Engage other people in your organization or company to help you write posts, generate ideas and provide feedback. Reach out to brand ambassadors for ideas and guest posts, or ask a subject-matter expert to author a post.
