  • TTL’s scheduling system went from 100% paper to a paperless, automated application.
  • Works orders, schedules, testing sites and more are accessible from any device with an internet connection.
  • Custom development was phased, allowing for both immediate impact and expansion as the company continues to develop business process automation. TTL rolled out the application with a MVP (minimum viable product), creating a small focus usable product with the opportunity for immediate user feedback. Additional automated features, including invoicing and a customer feedback portal, will be added in the future to an already active, educated user base.

Process automation will greatly reduce time that was previously spent calling the office for details, tracking down paper work orders, filing and printing–eliminating an estimated 866 hours of non value-added labor each year.

WEB BASED

Support staff can access the application in the office, while the mobile fleet of technicians access it from a smartphone or tablet while on the road.
